I’m interested in getting an estimate. Do I need to be at home when you come by?

No, you don’t need to be home in order to get an estimate. Just tell me what you’d like done and I will come out and take a look. I can leave the written estimate at your home or mail it to you.

I plan on having my deck washed soon. Can you estimate the cost over the phone if I give you the measurements?

No. I need to see your deck in order to give you an accurate cost estimate. The cost of the job involves the size of the deck as well as other factors (age and condition of the surface, type of surface, etc.).

What do I need to do before you start work on my deck?

I ask that you remove any breakable items such as flower pots and decorative accessories. In addition, I generally request that furniture, barbeque grills and other items be removed from the area (unless previously arranged).

How often should I have my house washed?

Your house should get a good exterior cleaning every two years or so. House washing removes the accumulation of dirt, mold, spider webs, etc. and makes your home look fresh and well-maintained. Mold on the home’s exterior can work its way inside unless it is controlled. Regular house washing will help keep mold at bay and help protect your family’s health.

I noticed moss on my roof. Can you clean it off? Is roof cleaning part of your house washing service?

I can power wash your roof to remove mildew and moss growth. Roof cleaning is not part of my house washing service, but I can do it all at once if you want both services.

Are your detergents harmful to grass and plants?

No. The products I use are biodegradable and environmentally safe. In addition, I pre-wet, cover and rinse before each job to insure that plants will not be damaged.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will return ASAP to fix it! We take pride in our workmanship. Our goal is to exceed your expectations!
